Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how we collect, use, share, and safeguard information that identifies or can be associated with an individual person (“personal data”) in relation to www.envisionyourevolution.com, including the tools, assessments, and services offered on the platform (the “Platform”). It also outlines your rights and choices about the collection and use of your information.
Envision Your Evolution provides psychometric, archetypal, and psychological assessments, as well as related tools for growth and individuation.
Terms of Service
These Envision Your Evolution Terms of Service (the “Terms”) define the conditions for your use of our services and form a legally binding agreement between you (“you,” “your,” or “Customer”) and Envision Your Evolution. Each of us may be referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
An “Affiliate” refers to any entity that directly or indirectly controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with a Party. “Control” means (a) direct or indirect ownership of more than 50% of the voting interests, or (b) the authority to direct the management and policies of such entity.
Data Agreement
This Data Processing Agreement (“DPA”) is entered into between the Customer (and, if applicable, the Customer’s Affiliates) and Envision Your Evolution (“E.Y.E.”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
This DPA contains the legal terms and conditions governing the processing of Customer Personal Data by E.Y.E. in connection with the use of our services and platform.
This DPA forms part of the Agreement between the parties and is subject to the Customer Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
